Siggiewi Primary School BEMS

ESI were proud to be part of the Siggiewi Primary school smart building project in collaboration with SEWCU (Sustainable Energy and Water Conservation Unit) who launched the project on the 11th December.
 
Implementing efficient systems as stand-alone and making use of alternative energy sources is not enough for a building to operate effectively and efficiently. ESI were entrusted to implement a Building Energy Management System [BEMS] that manages and control the connected sub-systems efficiently.
 
By monitoring and controlling the school using ESI’s BEMS, the installed system will not only provide a saving of 10-20% on the overall energy consumption, but will also enhance the pupil and teacher school experience, by maintaining a comfort and healthier environment.
