The solution boasts a number of features;
• Automated solution - unique access PIN code is issued to the guest upon booking.
• Completely key-less and automated check-in solution for guests when accessing the apartments.
• Integrate with booking application - The PIN code will be valid to access the specific apartment, during the booked period and will automatically expire on the checkout date, if not specifically renewed.
• Guest comfort - the Guest automatically receives the PIN code soon after the booking is confirmed. The Guest will have access the booked apartment without the need of check-in procedures, without needing to pick up or hand-over of keys or cards.
• Energy saving – When unoccupied, the solution turns off all air conditioners, lights etc.
• Added Security – know who enters the building and when, with no risk of lost keys.
Automated Billing feature – generates the bill of the energy consumption (electrical and water) to the guest at check-out if that option is chosen.
• Developed together with a property manager and customised to their specifications.
• Software can be used locally as well as abroad as it is expandable.
